Nazarene Youth Conference (NYC) is a transformational youth event that has been held in different locations over the past six decades. NYC provides an opportunity for high school students from across the USA and Canada to be united in worship, discipleship, and community service.

Promotional Material:
We are excited to partner with you as you seek to promote NYC 2026! We’ve created graphics and a link to our videos housed in Dropbox that you can show in service or share on social media.
Registration Questions:
Students and sponsors are required to complete the interest survey before being able to register for NYC. This is an NYC policy and is in place to ensure that parents are the ones completing the registration form.
The interest form is available now but registration links will not be sent out until June 1st when registration opens. For more information see the Registration Packet for Pastors.
Payments:
We are asking churches to collect payments on behalf of their students and to send one church check each month for all participants – noting the amount to go toward each participant on the District Payment Form.
Students are being asked to follow the Payment Plan and to submit payments to their churches by the 1st of each month so that churches can send their church checks by the 10th of each month.
Scholarships:
This NYC we are looking to raise and offer Kansas District Scholarships. In order to have funds to offer, we are asking those on the district to consider donating toward scholarships so that students who cannot afford to attend, even with the help of their local church, would be able to receive additional funds.
If you have a student who is in need of a scholarship we are asking that you – as the pastor – submit a scholarship request form. Please know that these scholarships are not guaranteed and you can find more information in our Scholarship document.
